We loved everything about this hotel - the staff, cleanliness, location and breakfast. The staff was cute and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel was well-maintained, and the rooms were super clean. The location was convenient and provided easy access to transportation. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide range of options.
Can't fault the hotel in any way. This hotel was pretty good and provided us with a great experience in this city.

Celebrated the New Year at this hotel and had a great experience. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the rooms were clean and cozy with all basic amenities. the highlight of the stay was the delicious food served in the restaurant. the location was perfect, with easy access to local shops and attractions.
The size of the rooms, which were slightly cramped for my liking. it wasn't a major issue and didn't affect my overall experience.

During our Christmas stay, the hotel provided a tasty breakfast and had clean rooms. It was also conveniently located near several restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. Plus, the hotel had a relaxing pool that we enjoyed during our stay.
Our stay was marred by a lack of communication from the staff. They were unresponsive to our calls and requests for assistance, which made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was unusable and the shower was inconsistent in temperature. while the location and amenities were nice, the poor communication and lack of functional technology made our experience less than enjoyable.

The hotel's location is convenient and well, surrounded by markets, and it has a decent lobby. the Wi, Fi connection and room service were excellent. the rooms include a comfortable mattress, and the staff is friendly and cooperative.
Guests should double, check payments made at check, in, as the hotel had difficulty refunding a double payment even after multiple reminders.
